HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!

 It's Fathers day again, and day set aside to celebrate the special memories of our father's or grandfather's, or even a kind uncle. Many years ago I saw this article, so I am reprinting it here:

Everyone remembers Mother's day easily, but I think they sometimes forget the special role a father has in a child's life.

A Family History Worry...

I had a slight shock today, and I am really hoping it doesn't turn into an even sadder event. 

The two heritage homes that my great-grandfather built a century ago have been put up for sale. They are registered as heritage homes, but apparently they never received the full protected status and so they could be demolished now.
